Commercial Unit Frequent Clicking

I recently just got a control freak commercial unit, and I noticed this persistent clicking noise that occurs with any cookware I use (cast iron, 3ply, etc) and was wondering if this was normal. I’m fairly sure it’s not the cookware because it happens no matter what I use. I attached a video and if anyone could let me know if this is normal with their units or not, that would be really appreciated. I understand the buzzing is normal but am not sure about the clicks.

Why kitchens don’t seem to use multi-ply stainless?

I’ve gotten to see a few professional kitchens before as well as seen open kitchens in higher end restaurants and I always see that the stainless pots and pans they use are disc bonded.

How come, despite 3/5 ply stainless being recommended so often, professional kitchens just seem to not use or need them at all. Is it cost or maybe the fact multi ply cookware is just marketing? Also where could I buy this cookware since the big handles are great.

Edit: I guess it’s time to sell all my cladded cookware and install a commercial kitchen into my home /s

Unfed bed bug nymph?

in a hotel and found this little white bug crawling on me as I sat down after coming back from outside. tried to get a better image but I accidentally squished it and a little bit of like transparent honey ish fluid came out. I checked the mattress and around (albeit not too thoroughly) and didn’t see any cause for concern.
