Needing help figuring out morph no red eyes

6' 165 male no smoking. Passed this in the bathroom, drink moderately, I have acute liver hepatitis (yes I know)

Passed this in the bathroom, beyond surprised how it's perfectly circular, touched it with a pen and it seemed like gelatin or a piece of candy like a gummy. Kinda worried I eat very healthy and have been gaining weight as well!

Any tips would be super appreciated (and yes I know I took off an eyelid for replacements)
