Question for other pros: What do you think of these low profile shower bases?

I keep having customers that want these installed. I agree that they are attractive and the install is easy but I don't like that the flange that goes against the wall is held on with screws and sealed with silicone. Seems like a huge failure point that you're burying in a wall. I tried talking one customer out of it but they wanted it anyways so I said I can't warranty this. The one I installed was Castico but it seems like everyone is selling almost the same one under different names.

Other folks having these show up more? Any alternatives with a flange that molded on? I've seen Flexstone but they aren't as low profile and the surrounds are vinyl plastic, not composite.

Do you guys use estimating software?

I'm a one man operation. I mostly do medium sized renovations like bathrooms or kitchens. Making bids for these projects is eating up so much of my time and I always inevitably miss something and have to eat a little cost. It's gotten me wondering about project estimating software. Do you use them and how do they work?

Alot of these bids seem to come down to the details of what type of tile they want or what type of countertops. Does the software let you put these things in?

What are people getting for towing mileage with the hybrid?

Curious about what mpgs people are getting. What are you towing, how fast did you go, and what mode did you use?

I'm debating about towing my tool 5x8 tool trailer cross country this summer or slimming my kit down and trying to fit it all in the truck.
