I owe 680 left on my secured loan from money lion. If I pay the remaining balance will it release the loan funds immediately to my money lion debit card? Or would I have to wait?

My wife has 17k in student loans her credit is bad now. She hasn’t paid in over 2 years now. Shes so busy at work it’s hard for her to have time to mess with it right now. So I’m trying to help her out where do I start?

So I did time for guns and drugs when I turned 18 I did my time and got out and I was indicted on a smuggling of persons charge in Texas I did my time and came home. No parole or anything. I recently had a lil girl and moved to southwest Florida. I’ve completely turned my life around. I’m going to apply for my cdl permit. I’m wondering if the smuggling of persons charge will be an issue. Can anyone give me some info
