Classical composer #1 !!
Anybody else get a classical composer as their top artist in this Spotify 20?
My all-time Spotify, diverse as they come
I’d say this is diversity. Too bad I don’t have country, polka, big band… yeah a bit missing. But I do listen to them all.
At one point in about 4 months span, I had to accompany on piano these high schoolers, and their solo instrumentals, various instruments. Several on this list come from listening to their songs on repeat for days.
If you have particulars, just need ONE OF EACH please and Thank you! I’ll save them in offline mode and listen.
Name it, and I am queuing it up in Spotify for my day. Thank you for your suggestion!
Please suggest anything!! And I’m listening to it. Did this yesterday, hoping for new-to-me, tracks not mentioned yesterday. Thank you as always, music people!
Please rec me ANYTHING, and I'm queueing it up in Spotify. I'll give feedback to anything that really pops in my ears. Thank you all in advance!!
Just putting this out there to see what you brilliant music lovers come up with. Tell me a song you know that has the lead vocalist being backed by a choir throughout the entire song. BUT NOT! where the choir is just a backing of the lead vocals, but where the choir also sings the lead vocal too. If not word for word, at least through most of the entire song, the lead vocalist is backed by the choir, singing the same verse or chorus. Thanks in advance!
My lone example is "Shooting Stars" by Rival Sons
Please suggest songs where the vocalist goes off on a spoken rant within the song. Songs where there is vocal verses, chorus, melody, all that. But eventually there's a rant. Thus, rap won't count, the whole song could be a rant, y'know?! Unless perhaps it's clear they're not rapping, they're not rhyming and the rapper is making a point. My lone example at the moment, is Dennis Leary's "Asshole" song. Thanks in advance!
