Can I connect my reel-to-reel tape deck directly into my guitar amp input?

I recently acquired an old solid-state SONY TC-377 reel-to-reel, and I'm hoping to use it for recording, playback, maybe re-amping, and possibly tape echo.

What I need to know is, can I connect the RCA output directly into my amp's input jack, or do I need something to alter the level/impedance?

It probably doesn't matter but the amp is a Monoprice Stage Right 15W tube amp.

I do know I shouldn't directly sum both RCA stereo signals into one 1/4 mono cable, since that can result in issues, my tentative plan was to just use one side of the stereo since I'm only working with mono signal anyhow.

EDIT: would it work to put it into my FX loop return?

BONUS: I know that to use it as a tape echo, I'll need some kind of mixer, that's down the road a bit. If anyone has any knowledge about how to do that, I'd appreciate it as well, if there's anything more to it than just mixing the initial delayed signal back into the input.

EDIT #2: btw some people are downvoting comments that are telling me no, and that's not me! I want honest answers and not just automatic yesses.

Windows 32-bit or x64?

Hi, I'm about to download Reaper on my most recent Windows laptop; it's a Lenovo Thinkpad T14s Gen 2, a refurb corporate laptop with middling specs.

My previous laptop was giving me a lot of random latency in recording, often the latency would change *during* recording and mess with the rhythm of a track. I'm really hoping to avoid that with this lappy.

Would downloading the 32-bit version give me fewer issues with latency and similar foibles? I'm not here to make a Top-40 hit, I just want to record my home playing.

Edit: I'm using the built-in audio interface in my Boss ME-90 multi-effects pedal, in case that somehow makes a difference.
