Has customer support gotten worse recently?(kitddm)
Is it just me, or has the customer support on this website become really bad recently?
It honestly wasn’t like this before. In the past, support replies were much faster and issues actually got handled properly. But lately, responses take forever and sometimes there’s no reply at all.
It feels like the quality of support has dropped a lot compared to before, which is disappointing because I never had these kinds of problems with them in the past.
Curious if other people have noticed the same thing recently.
