My daughter (f17) is absolutely obsessed with weather and becoming a meteorologist. I want to get her a radio so she can listen to Skywarn directly. As a single dad with very little disposable income, what is the cheapest radio i can get that will allow her to listen in? I am aware that this is a shortwave radio and that she would need a license to talk on channel. I will be making sure she is very aware of that.

So I dont know if I have discovered a bug or i am forgetting something. Recently, I have bben farming for multiple weapons(god rolls of motif, refurbished a499, b-7, and fasttalker) from different sources. The issue is I have gotten multiple drops from those sources over multiple days that when I initially pick them up, my hud shows tier 5. When I actually open my inventory to look at them they are tier 4. Does anyone know whats going on? Has anyone else had this happen? Am I missing something?
