Team Movewell Question

I am new to Ladder, having spent my first 6 weeks on Team Endure with Coach Jennifer. It’s been great to get me back into lifting after YEARS off, but I’m possibly looking to step up a notch for Reload. I am considering Coach Nicole and Team Movewell, BUT I cannot currently run. I’m a former marathon runner, but I am coming off a tendon graft surgery and have not started running again yet. I may never start again. I do, however, consistently cycle, walk, and row. If I can’t run, will I get enough out of Nicole’s team or should I look at others? I’m open to suggestions. Goals/Parameters: looking to build strength and combat perimenopause body changes, I can commit to 30-45 minutes of strength 5x a week, I have access to a gym with dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells and basic machines for 3-4 of those days but only dumbbells the other 1-2 days (when I am limited to working out at home).
