Give me your recommendations!

Hi all! My boyfriend and I are moving to Arlington in September and we are so excited! We're both in our mid 20s and coming from central MA, but have friends in Boston so have been around the area. I'd love to get any recommendations/advice from actual locals rather than a google search sooo...

- best pizza in town

- best coffee

- favorite park

- vet recommendations (we have a cat!)

- best way to meet other young couples/friends?

- local boutiques/stores

- recs for any bar scene (Ik arlington is more family friendly- but is there anything like this?)

- since we're moving in the fall, any local orchards around?

- local activities to look forward to?

And literally anything else any of you would like to add- I want to know it all! Thank you!!

Revolution for mice

Hi all- my girl Marmalade has been having ongoing eye/ear issues, it's unclear what caused it, but it's red, scabby, and itchy. My vet prescribed antibiotics and an NSAID orally that I've been giving for a little over a week (she loves her cherry flavored meds!) She also prescribed revolution that I would apply then separate her from her sisters for two hours to cover for mites. I haven't given the revolution yet as I wanted to see if the oral meds would make it better, however there hasn't been much improvement, it's not worse but very slightly better. I'm hesitant to give the revolution because I know how harsh it can be, and she's just so small. Of course it's dosed out correctly and I trust my vet- but I'm curious if anyone else has any experience with revolution and their mice? Picture of Marmy for reference!

My little phone :(

Hi fellow mini lovers. I have had my 12mini going on 4yrs now. It has had the normal mini and old phone issues, overheating, a little slow, ect. But recently the battery health has plummeted to 75%, and everytime I open my phone a green screen comes up first then goes back to normal, I assume some kind of hardwear issue. I have been good about updates and it is fully UTD, storage is pretty full but I only have 65G so I don't keep many apps or photos (I use google photos). I obviously don't want to get a new phone because I love how small this one is, however I'm worried with the screen glitch now it is just going to shut down completely at some point. Before the screen glitch I was preparing to get a battery replacement. Any advice? Has anyone else had the screen glitch and their phone be fine for a while? Or do I need to get a new one asap? I really don't want to give up my mini 😞

Tips on getting eye drops in?

Hello friends! My sweet Marmalade unfortunately has a sad eye :( I took her to the vet yesterday and was prescribed two eye drops, one an NSAID and the other an antibiotic. Marmy is very sweet and handleable- but so fast! Last night I had to scruff her to get the meds in- yet I hate doing that and so does she for good reason. Does anyone have any tips for getting these drops in? any advice would be helpful. I want to make her feel better but I don't want it to be at the price of our special bond. Pic of Marmy and her sad eye for mouse tax!

Hi all, I have this little swing in my mouse cage and my two girls LOVE it. I have other hanging toys that they'll climb on here and there but they just love sitting on their little swing together, but I'm having a hard time finding similar toys online- does anyone have any recommendations? Also, just curious, does anyone know why they like like their swing so much LOL? I've literally found them sleeping on it!
