This is the current version of the World Passport, issued by the World Service Authority (WSA) World Office in Washington, DC, (World District 3) in 2012. This is a "World Donor Passport", meaning the owner has contributed a donation to the WSA beyond the standard passport issuing fee. The donation is used for issuing free passports and other documents to refugees who reside in camps. This version differs from the standart version by the red cover color - the standard version being blue, and by being valid for 15 years. Currently issued World Pssports have another security feature on the data page - a hologram of the WSA logo.

This version, issued since 2007 according to ICAO stadards, (and filed with the ICAO) includes printed and MRZ details, a printed and embedded photo of the bearer, in 7 languages (as are all of the other personal documents issued by the WSA). The document is written in 7 languages: English, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese and Esperanto. It includes an International Exit Visa, also issued by the WSA; a short explanation for officials at the end, and extra details to be filled at the inner fold at the end: Home address, contact details for next of kin, employer/own firm and doctor, numbers of additional passport/ID card/driver's license.

The World Service Authority is the administrative agency of the World Citizen Government (World Government of World Citizens), proclaimed 4th September, 1953 by world citizen Garry Davis (whom I met personally). The World Passport has been accepted on a case by case basis by over 180 countries and territories, and has been at some point recognized officially by 6 countries (Burkina Faso, Ecuador, Mauritania, Tanzania, Togo and Zambia). You can see scans of the official letters of recognition on the WSA website, as well as sample scans of visas and/or entry/exit stamps of various countries and territories. Bear in mind that those scans are just samples, and not necessary the most recent ones, most of the scans/photocopies are mantained offline.
