2months ago when fido ($27)/freedom ($25) are both running a good promotion, I signed up for $25 plan with freedom.

I have a proof over chat and over call (2x) that they said Im qualified. Executive office admitted they made a mistake but still cant honor the plan since im not qualified.

submitted ccts ticket and they gave me a call and still wont give me the $25 plan. The best that they can do is to give me some credits (which is really just refund all the payments that I paid) and promo good for 1 year to keep $25 and after that it goes back to $50.

any thoughts of ways to make this work?

I understand that I need to put wood glue, is it enough or should i use staple gun like how the old one? i prefer to avoid L bracket.

someone told me to use nail gun too but all i have is compressor nail gun
