First thoughts after waking up from surgery?
I am curious what was your first thought after waking up? I remember waking up and the nurse saying I had sausage fingers from being swollen during the 8 hours of surgery 😹 I remember the inside part of my arms where my elbow bends hurting sooo much from being over extended on the surgery table, that was the part that hurt the most after waking up. Then the bright lights in the room hurting and not being able to open my eyes very much. Looking down and seeing a wrap on my flat chest and super happy about it 🩷

10 days post op free nipple graft
Had to do a dressing change for the fng and the nipples are coloring up very nicely. I love my small boobs 🥹🩷

Breastfeeding after FNG question
I know breastfeeding is not an option with a FNG but I am curious what happens with the severed milk ducts when you give birth. Do your boobs still engorge even if no milk can come out? What happens? Please let me know if you have had a FNG and then had a baby after to let me know what happened with your boobs. Thank you 😹🩷

7dpo fng, looking good!
Finally got my wrap off after a week, bolsters were also removed so we got to see how many nipples are doing! They are already 50% pink which is really good! Still swollen so still no idea of my new size yet. Drains need to stay in until monday still wahhh. So glad to be out of the wrap, i have much better mobility with the surgery bra! The first terrible week is over, more healing to go 🩷

Still need to wait a few days to get bandages off but so happy i will be able to wear shirts without my boobs taking up the entire thing 🩷 recovery has been going well, I’m walking on sunshine! Tehe

Surgery pictures, absolutely unbelievable
I am so grateful I was able to get some pictures during my surgery. The surgeon was wonderful and sculpted these cuties for me. I love staring at these 😹 have to keep bandages on for a week then we will see
