Fit, working dads with loving relationships. How do you do it?

Anyone who’s:
- Fit (does sport or exercises multiple times per week)
- Healthy (eats well, sleeps well, etc)
- Works (assuming around 8 hours per day)
- Loving relationships with partners and kids
- House is not such a mess all the time
- Sees friends

Apart from:
- Stacking and integrating all those activities together
- Delegating or outsourcing work to friends, family members, or vendors (whether that’s baby sitting, chores, etc)
- Automating a shit ton

How do you balance it all and make it work?

Curious to hear from people who have achieved this and can talk about it.

Bonus points when it applies to people with babies + toddlers with both parents working.

My hunch is that it’s freaking hard and requires constant experimentation because kids change so fast and what might work at some point won’t later.
