Question about cracking open Marvel Legends super poseable female figure

So I'm working on a Marvel Legends custom of the comic version of Dagger using the X-Factor Jean Grey body (yes I know about the 3 Pack Sharon Carter.) Anyway I've heard it can be difficult to crack open the new Black Widow/super poseable female figure body, so I was looking for some tips on the matter. Thanks!
