Where should I look?
I hope this is allowed and I’m not breaking any rules. I currently live in Gainesville, but my roommate and I would like to move out of our apartments where we’re both currently paying around $1700 rent each month, it varies with utilities. We’re looking for a house around $1700 to share.
We really would like a two bed two bath house somewhere off main roads or some say ‘horse country’. We would like a yard for my dog who is five (she’s kind of perfect) also hopefully a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. The middle of nowhere sounds great.
I check the websites like Zillow or renters and honestly, I feel like I’m seeing a same things. Also, if I could find private landlord versus a Realty company, that would be ideal. We have no problems with the rental companies, except for they want to tack a fee onto everything.
