My son's birthday is coming up and we are planning for a build-your-own-Reuben bar.

The idea is to have ingredients for a Classic Reuben, a Turkey Reuben, and veggie Reubens laid out for people to make their own sandwiches. Then the standard sides like pickles, chips, and (non-lettuce) salads.

Any suggestions on where I can get quality ingredients, especially for the corned beef and sauerkraut?

I'd prefer not to pay an arm and a leg at zingerman's so I thought I'd crowd source ideas here first.
