My pops got canned from his team after 3 years as FTE, is there anything he can do, I mean he was good for 3 years as FTE, always done the job as DevOps, and he gets a call yesterday from VP... We don't need your services anymore... Like wtf??? His evaluations were always superb every year.... And like bye bye. What's the point of even working if companies want to can everyone.... Can he ask why to get a bigger package. We are in Quebec Btw.... HR protects only the rich at TD.
