My junior got no seat allocated right? how does this work? will there be a 2nd merit list. there are people below him on the list who got allocated . what can he do now?

Can i use amazon pay icici credit card on amazon business to purchase a phone? Please help
I wanted to buy the op 13 with gst input, so i made a Amazon business account. I saw there was a 3k Instant discount with the amazon pay card along with 2750 cashback. Then i checked how the card works and came to know that not only amazon doesn't give cashback on business purchases, using the amazon pay card for business can also lead to card suspension. My question is is it safe to purchase using the card , and also why even advertise the card if you shouldn't use it on amazon business. i did search the sub and the info was vague. kindly help if you can
