Will the parent in charge of FL get a notification when you download something, let's say an app. Will they get a notif to their phones?

What would you guys do in this situation?
You have 2 hours total for each day. 1 hour on youtube. Your parents dont let you install any apps besides the ones you were set with or they will take the phone away. All sites are blocked too.

Anybody know how to bypass blocked apps? If it isn't impossible
