Any Advice for a 35 beginner...
Made a goal for new years to become more consistent with the gym and working out. Here we are 19 weeks later and I have kept to that commitment been going to the gym 3-5 days a week. Becoming more comfortable lifting and cardio. I'm not losing weight like I thought I would. I know muscle weighs more but I would like to shed a few pounds.
Any advice? Any blogs? Articles?
35 years old, male, 5'10 between 230-235 on any given day.
