Grey market 3m 7502 respirator - the best of the cheap fakes

WARNING: do as I say not as I do - if your profession puts you at risk buy from legitimate supply chains

TL:DR feels like this AliExpress purchase is the same factory or equipment (great) but fake packaging and zero guarantees (still has risks)

I decided to pay AliExpress $17 (delivered!) instead of $102 in my local currency BUT decided to get the filters locally. This is my compromise because I keep not wearing my disposable dust masks for very occasional wood working.

This mask is insanely comfortable and genuinely awesome. I cannot spot how it is fake but unlike the more obvious knock offs I found online. The one tell (apart from no box) is that the instructions are clearly a copy of a copy if you zoom in.

Just putting this out there as a compromise, not a recommendation

If anyone knows more about how Chinese factories pull this off I am very curious. The store was `Shop1104740012` and I have zero trust in "Brand+". There are no QR tracking or similar evidence this could be real and from 3M. The stars I think are to prevent detection

I an 90% sure any marketplace/Amazon/whatever selling these for less that 80% of rrp are drop shipping these masks like I found

Weigh up your own risks but do not kid yourself that these are guaranteed real

Just used my tube I swear I opened 2 years ago and it has a best before exactly this time last year

So cheap. Lasts ages. Expands. Easy clean up

Just an observation. Happy DIYing
