[Wanted] Two Working Professionals Looking for a 2BR (Budget: Up to $2,050)
Hi everyone!
My Sister and I are currently looking for a 2-bedroom apartment with a maximum budget of $2,050/month. We’re hoping to move soon and would really appreciate any leads.
Areas we’re considering:
DTLA
East Los Angeles
Monterey Park
Montebello
Pasadena
Long Beach
& surrounding areas.
What we’re looking for:
Parking included, or at least reliable/easy street parking
Safe neighborhood
Long-term rental preferred
A little about us:
Two full-time working professionals with stable income
Clean, quiet, and respectful tenants
Non-smokers
Able to provide proof of income and references if needed
We’ve been checking Zillow, Apartments.com, and Facebook Marketplace, but we know some of the best rentals are found through word of mouth or local landlords. If you know of an upcoming vacancy, a private landlord, or have any recommendations, we’d really appreciate it!
