Could a crown to root healing journey be like this

If someone had an astral parasite or attached spirit lingering from childhood trauma, and it blocked or imbalanced most chakras, could opening the crown chakra or raising its activity be a first step toward balancing?

I've been reading Llewellyn's complete book of chakras and some of Anodea Judith's books. So the concept of jagan mohini came up with kundalini descending when we are created but it's described as loss of divine knowledge and becoming ignorant by disconnection from the Spirit.

If that person were to dissociate or be kicked out of their body by a parasite and wanted to open the crown to begin reconnecting with their body instead of root... as if rebirthing or manifesting their spirit back into the body in order to begin their chakra journey... could the crown energy be like accepting the trauma of the past and recognizing the parts of themselves that are open to change opposed to the parasites energy that wants to block out change?

I'm having some trouble putting it into words. I know it sounds a lot like the root chakra but I'm thinking it's because the crown and root are mirrored in a way? They may find parts of themselves or experiences that they wish didn't happen and may not find closure, but they did happen so in order to open the crown to descend they must become open to to accepting some things may not be resolved beyond their acceptance.

Does this make sense? It's for a story but it doesn't feel right that they would travel from root to crown if they're outside the body for some reason. I keep coming back to it. The person has just made a big change in life and perhaps the inner doubt that she is allowed to have that change, become open to new things, move on past the oppressive nature of their culture, and let go of the traumas including by the parasite has allowed the parasite to take up the new extra space in her energy and kick her consciousness out. Like the culture has firm boundaries that kept them safe but also unable to stretch so when they left the box and became open to new things the parasite is vying for control over the new space as well. The person ends up floating in the crowns energy field which may feel like a state free of worldly things but it's a false sense of bliss that may be corrupted by losing their body to the parasite if they don't accept that life is both worldly and spiritual.

Telekinesis and looking for a song

Had another dream with telekinesis. Kinda felt like flexing my hands but I could feel what I was moving. I tried to show people around me: mother, ex, some others, but they were instead kind of horrified or thinking I was crazy. I showed them again but then a fishing line was connecting my wrists to the object, a retractive line and I could still make the object move close or far or float. Maybe my brain was trying to see the connection or make sense of it for others. I often get the feeling I could move things like this irl with a pulley system feeling where the object is one gear and my hand is the other and I can lock the chain to move it and loosen to cast out or draw in.

Then I was with my ex again, we were chillin. I was trying to find a song "Sleep Walkin" which is kind of melancholy but I could only play other songs. I was mouth breathing and kind of laying down a bit unable to breathe and covered my mouth in case I had bad breath. Now I'm wondering if that was symbolically holding back my heated breath, or true passionate self uninhibited, from her because I didn't think she would like me even though I'm pretty sure in the end she found me boring and anxious.

Anyway I woke up on my back so the mouth breathing unable to breathe well was probably sleep apnea. And ofc always gotta try telekinesis just in case it works lol.

Could you tell me your individual ideas of deficient, excessive, and balanced chakras?

I know some of you might say that learning chakras via analogies distracts from what they are, but I'd like to know anyway if you please.

For example I'm confused if a deficient root chakra is more like sinking or floating, because if you don't have enough energy to support your physical existence and be structured in life would you be swallowed by the physical world? Or would inability to use accumulate and hold onto root energy mean there is less physical structure and presence to remain?

Would sinking be an inability to support the life one has? And then floating is lack of structure to have life at all? Would deficiency then be lack of energy and excessive is inability to refine/control it? I'd like to know your nuanced takes on chakras like this.

More examples:

Is deficient sacral rigid/frozen/dry like ice or a cold shoulder because one uses little emotion? And excessive like turbulent steam or a storm that blasts with emotion without control?

Is deficient solar like a sticky tar or a dimness as one isn't confident in performing action and stuck with demotivation? And excessive like burnout from trying to shine too brightly, or scorching self or others to stay in control?

Is deficient heart like suffocation of life from lack of gentle compassion? And excessive like a heavy air condensed into a headstone of the grief of loss being carried weighing one down?

Is deficient throat like a fuzzy, muffled, muted expression from lack of self knowledge? And excessive like top much noise to differentiate self-truth from lie?

Is deficient third eye dimness or haziness from lack of clarity or desire for it? Is excessive from too much information without discerning reality or deductive probability?

Crown to me feels more like a state of mind but would deficiency be close-minded and rigid thought because of pre-existing notions or is that more third eye? Would it be rejecting spiritual concepts because theyre holding onto what is concrete and pragmatic? Would excessive be false spirituality, head in the clouds, thought without basis in reality?

Open crown to root or root to crown in a story I'm writing?

I'm writing a character that is possessed and kicked out of her body by a spirit, and the story is about her reclaiming her body by opening her chakras and turning negative shadows into positive energy.

She's kicked out into the astral plane/cosmic spirit realm which in my story is associated with the crown rather than the third eye or sacral. I'm thinking that her crown chakra was still open even if its imbalanced, and receptive to higher thought and energy due to her personality and trauma, so the astral cord still connects her spirit to her body for now. The psychic helps her meditate to enter the subtle reams to open and balance her energy.

So originally i was going to have her start in the root chakra realm to build a foundation, meet kundalini who helps her rise and convert negativity to potent positive power, and work upwards to push the possessing spirit out and vanquish it.

But would it make more sense for her to travel down from the crown to root? If her connection is to the crown chakra initially and the goal is to reclaim the physical body, I feel that reaching the root after opening the other chakras would be like reclaiming the body after collecting/cleansing/ordering her energy to manifest back in the body, but then she doesn't meet kundalini until then.

However she could open the chakras going down to reconnect and then meet kundalini and then work her way up again to address her shadows influenced by the possession spirit and defeat it. At the end she will be fighting the spirit in the astral which is alongside physical reality so it could go either way.

So if you have an opinion: open and balance root to crown, open and balance crown to root, or open crown to root and reclaim root to crown?

Hiya! I'm looking for advice and opinion for a project I'm working on. I'm making a 2.5d rpg platformer of a character (Syana) who is kicked out of their body by her Shadows, as in jung shadow work, and she is helped by a new mentor to enter her 7 subtle chakra realms and reclaim her body. The realms manifest her imbalances as obstacles and terrain, like a dreamscape.

Syana starts each chakra in a place representing deficiency where she raises the energy by channeling the qualities of the chakra to reach and activate the chakra core an gets a utility/support core skill. Then she finds her way to the Shadow's lair and reclaims the energy it has drained, gaining a special combat ability called an Astra.

These are the abilities I'm currently working on and would like your opinions and criticisms both so I can make them feel more cohesive and true to the chakra concepts! First she channels the chakra, which may perform the core skill automatically, then activate the Astra.

Root

Channel red root energy to become stable, grounded, and safe.

Utility: Hold onto walls and ground structures with root energy.

Astra: Express root energy to create an unshakeable barrier of earth and root for a short time.

Sacral

Channel orange sacral energy to become emotionally fluid and elastic!

Utility: Travel through pipes, drains, and cracks to reach more places.

Astra: Leap into the air and cannonball into a pool of sacral energy in the ground, splashing enemies with waves.

Solar plexus

Channel yellow solar energy to become radiant, confident, and ambitious.

Utility: Transform basic attack from melee to ranged projectiles.

Astra: Transform into an enhanced beast mode for a short time as she's reclaimed the lower, more physical chakras.

Heart

Channel green heart energy to increase circulation and lightness.

Utility Become light enough to glide on the wind.

Astra Compassion pulls in a healing breeze.

Throat

Channel turquoise throat energy to resonate with expressed truth.

Utility: Incoming damage is stored as vibrational energy in the body.

Astra: Howl to release stored energy in a penetrating cone, and disorient enemies relative to the stored energy.

Third Eye

Channel blue third eye energy to seek insight, gain clarity and focus.

Utility: Reveal hidden objects and structures, and expose illusions.

Astra: maybe an ability based on her imagination, maybe involving a lens or magnifying glass, laser beams, pointing out critical points for bonus damage on hit, Aura flare?

Crown

Channel violet crown energy to raise bliss, empathy, unity, and freedom of thought from rigid beliefs.

Utility: Generate an area of calm where enemies are charmed or fall asleep? I'm not sure about this yet.

Astra: Enter a Divine Self form with a white halo. enhanced attacks and sweeping slashes, levitation, reflecting barrier, laser eyes sure.

Along the way she recognizes another energy mixed with hers; a negative spirit bound itself to her soul during a traumatic event when she was young, draining and influencing her energy, her shadows. She fights the spirit in the astral plane and then finally reclaims her body.

Anyway I'd love to hear your thoughts and questions! I'm asking here because it's y/our specialties!
