Which did you like better? I did HiLit when it launched and loved it and after several months of piecing together a program, I think I want to do a dedicated program again. I am torn between the two.
Had two babies and gave up gardening for a few years. Now that my kids are older and we can enjoy being outside, I am finding my love for gardening again.
I have been doing yoga on and off for about 20 years now, and over the last several months have gotten back into it. I didn't really love Peloton yoga classes a few years ago as I didn't really feel like they were catered to advanced yogis. I started doing Kirra's advanced classes, and absolutely adore her. She is not performative, so down to earth, love her cues and classes. Just wanted to give a shot out to her and her classes for anyone looking for great yoga!
