Lowkey curious, but do any of you guys also have a vitamin D deficiency ?
Apparently my misophonia this past year has become severe, and my anxiety was spiking.
Started taking meds, however i also found out i lack vitamin D (for good..) which very likely reinforces the anxiety that comes with misophonia.
