Technical Complaint: Persistent Camera Sensor Error - Xperia Pro-I (Escalation Required)

Subject: Formal Technical Complaint: Persistent Camera Sensor Error - Xperia Pro-I (Escalation Required) To the Sony Technical Support Team, I am a professional photographer and a long-time, loyal user of Sony Xperia devices. I am writing to formally address a critical issue with my Xperia Pro-I that remains unresolved. Despite my persistence in reporting this issue with comprehensive documentation since October 2025, my concerns have unfortunately been overlooked, and the issue remains unresolved. As a dedicated and loyal user who deeply cares about the quality of Sony products, I have taken the time to perform all standard troubleshooting, including: Performing a full system repair via the Sony Companion software. Executing multiple factory resets. As demonstrated in the following video files:

It is evident that this is not a hardware failure, but a persistent firmware incompatibility. I urge you to escalate this matter to your technical engineering team for a definitive investigation. Please refrain from providing generic troubleshooting steps, as I have already performed them thoroughly since October 2025 without success. I look forward to your professional assistance in resolving this matter. Best regards, Hardi

Is this the 'Sony experience' we deserve? Exceptional engineering met with total indifference from support. Watching my Pro-I fail like this is frustrating—hardware is top-tier, but the software support is simply non-existent
