Does anyone buy Heaven's Halberd

I been building this item lately on pos 4 or pos 5 and it works wonder. The hard dispel caught a lot of carry off guard, especially some that don't naturally build bkb like PL, AM or LS. In this current TI, I think many game could have benefited from it instead of Hex. LGD last game, I've seen Topson build it but they just got draft issue and outplayed so hard that it doesn't matter much. Do high ranks player build it? I know the stats isn't great, so do you guys think they should change its recipe next patch?

Should I "upgrade" my 3070 to 5060?

Hi, my 3070 have gotten pretty old and make loud noise when gaming. I'm fine with the performance, but I'm thinking about selling it for about ~250USD and buy a new 5060 to add on-top maybe ~150USD. If I were to go for the 5070 I would have to spend x3 times more than I would for the 5060 (~500 USD). I know that upgrading to a 5070 is better a lot of ways but the prices are crazy right now in my country even 9070xt are much more expensive than the 5070. I kinda wanted to refresh the warranty and have better power consumption and maybe 5-10% increase in performance is fine since I mainly play Dota 2 anyways. If I wait it out any longer and my 3070 died out I would have to spend a lot more down the line. What would you guys think?

Help me understand Sprit Breaker having shadow blade as a core item

Hi, I'm like to play Sprit breaker a lot as a pos4 or pos 5 but I'm having trouble understanding why most people buy sb as core item on him. 3k Cost for a item that give almost no stats and only help people not seen where you charge does not provide much value. For that gold I could buy and Drum + distiller which both help my teams better positioning and vision. I think he have a lot more items that help team like lotus, blade mail, euls, halberd that bring a lot more value than sb. Am I playing him wrong? Or some more effective playstyle with sb as core I item that I have not think of? Please help enlightened me.

Suggestion for Tinker new core item: Force Staff

I'm a long time Tinker spammer, and I like the last patch Tinker playstyle the most, where he can go in and out of combat with his defense matrix "blink" very similar to void spirit in term of playstyle. So I try to replicate it with this patch by building force staff. And honestly it works really well, you are kinda tanky, going in and out of combat very well with the reduce cooldown on force staff, open you up to a tons of different build depending on the situation.

The current meta build for Tinker is, Kaya -> blink -> Lens -> shards -> bkb -> agh -> eblade, this build is kinda glass canon where if you get stun or focus on you essentially die without contributing anything and heavily focus on positioning in team fight.

My current build is Kaya -> blink -> Agh (K&S or Shiva) -> shard -> force staff -> K&S, after that everything is situational Crella's crozier, Khanda, Linken, Euls,...

This build work really well for me and my playstyle so I'm just hoping for the pros to pick it up like Noone or NTS can really excel using this build in TI. I'm currently only Legend (trash I know) but it is a very versatile build and help open up Tinker playstyle to a more team fight oriented and not glass canon solo queue style. What do you guys think? Have anyone try it and give me some feedback?
