How would you guys feel about this veteran with an imperial fist tilt shield, in my head id like to think that hes either an ex imperial fist or hes honouring his founding chapter. How do you guys think and how lore accurate this is?

Hi guys, ive been wanting to buy a land raider crusader for my first game, to carry my terminators and helbretch. I havent had the funds to buy a brand new land raider crusader yet but u found this normal land raider variant for 70$ on marketplace, would it still be good for black templars and how good is the price. Guys.. i put this shoulder pad on thinking it looked cool but i realized how am i supposed to put a red cross decal on it.
Edit: sorry i was supposed to ask how to put on the decal when there are pieces covering the shoulder pad i know how to do decal sorry guys
Note: i naturally have shaky hands so i dont think i would wanna hand draw the cross on
I initially wanted to have my terminator squad to have full helmets bc i like how the helmets look, it got boring after a while painting them so i wanted to add some diversity to my squad by having two of them without helmets, i kinda regret it but i kinda like how they look as well, please let me know if they look out of place and how lore accurate it is for bt to not wear helmets. I know the space wolves and dark angel terminators tend to not wear helmets and I kinda wanted to follow that
