I am not sure if it’s just my station or not but anytime we apply those express exception send again stickers and mark that it’s returned to sender sometimes they bring it back in for hold and we have to explain to the driver. No, it’s supposed to go back to the sender Same thing with ground. We apply those green ground stickers that basically say return to sender because the hold has expired and sometimes we get those back too. I don’t understand when the package goes to the station. Don’t they check for those kind of stickers and note to return to the sender. Mind you our nearest station is both ground and express.

So how does this work with Network 2.0 and FedEx Office. Is it just staffed by FXO employees? What would their title be? Will they still take DG since FXO normally does not??
