Just want to know about the curriculum and syllabus are they good or not ?

If I book seat (75k) now in phase 1 can i sit for phase 2 and if i improve in phase 2 can I cancel phase 1 seat and apply for phase 2 counselling?
65k will be refunded and 10k i will lose right ? Other than that will I be restricted from phase 2 if I have already booked my seat in phase 1 counselling?
