Treadmill recommendation for an elderly person

Seeking advice on getting an easy to use treadmill for a senior. For safety, we are looking for treadmills with an emergency safety tether, sturdy rails, and a shock absorbing deck (to ease impact on back and knees). Ease of use is important too. Our budget is around $1000, but for the right equipment, we can be a little more flexible.

While it’s primarily for my mom and the features we are looking for will benefit her the most, there would likely be a few other users in our household max height/weight up to 6’2” tall and 220lbs that would likely jog/run on it. I would love to also use it at home instead of the gym for sprint workouts where I go at most 11mph (I am short 5’3” and can’t sprint very fast).

Eastern Sierras - looking for a recommendation for backpackers campgrounds nearish to Mosquito Flats (still closed) and Little Lakes

Taking my kid backpacking for the first time and I’m looking for recommendations for places ideally at elevation to camp the night before our permit starts. Our plan was to camp at Mosquito Flats, but it appears to still be closed for the season. Thank you!
