Skating with osteoarthritis

So I'm an adult skater (40) who's been figureskating for almost 2 years now. My progress has been slow, but still progressing. I'm currently working on Delta skills (turns, edges) before finally going to FS1

However, just recently I've been diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I had an old post here before where I was complaining about my knee pain, so I had it checked. This was the diagnosis.

I was wondering if there are any skaters here who are also in a similar disposition as I am? How do you manage? What's your current diet/lifestyle? Do you still attempt jumps? What's your skill trajectory?

DIM: Cetaphil

I use Pyary soap and never really used any special cleansers for years. I don't have pimples but I feel my face is "drier" than how it should be. I've read a lot of nice things about Cetaphil so I'm curious if I should try it or not

Uneven leg size due to skating (imbalance)

Hi guys. I've been figure skating for almost 2 years now and last month I was diagnosed by my doctor to have leg imbalance. My right leg has more muscle than my left leg. Maybe because I'm a lefty skater and favor the clockwise side more.

He advised isolation exercises for my "less muscular" leg to even things out.

I was wondering if there are other people who've experienced the same?
