Severe constipation and have tried all the home remedies

I have had severe constipation for a few years now. I typically have a bowel movement 1-2 times a week. Recently, things have gotten a lot worse. I have tried magnesium citrate, I have increased my fluids, I significantly increased my fibre, I take Metamucil, laxatives, ect. You name it, I’ve likely tried it. The only thing that worked were at home enemas. Although, I recently tried a mineral oil one and it didn’t do anything. My stomach is severely distended and I have severe loud smelly gas all day long. What do you think I could have? I am 29F.

Waking up gasping for air, feeling like I died with CPAP on?

A few times a night (not every night), I will wake up gasping for air and feeling like I died. I will jolt up, similar to when I don’t wear my CPAP. Has this ever happened to you? My doctor says that my pressure and fit are perfect. I have no leakage. My sleep is a lot worse when I don’t wear my CPAP, so we know that it is working. We suspect that it could be panic attacks that are waking me up.

I don’t want to be a lawyer. What other career options do I have?

I’m going into my 3rd year of law school and I’ve realized that I don’t want to be a lawyer. Everyone says that a law degree opens doors and that there are so many other jobs, but what could I do with my law degree? I’ve been considering legal recruitment, but I’m worried about the fact that I wouldn’t have any previous legal experience since I do not want to practice law. Any insights would be really appreciated!
