I need help regarding a matter

I wanted to ask about an issue from my exam Mathematics(9709/32). After the exam time ended, I continued writing for about one extra minute. The invigilators then gave me a malpractice form to complete. On the form, I stated that I had taken approximately one minute extra, crossed out some pencil markings, and wrote only two additional lines in Question 6(b).
Could anyone please confirm whether Cambridge provides this form simply as a standard procedure whenever extra writing time is reported, or whether there is a possibility of marks being deducted? Specifically, I would like to know if only the extra work written after time was called would be affected, or if an entire question (such as Question 6) could be disregarded.
I've been stressing about this since yesterday. Please help a brother out.
