Hello!!

I’ve had quite my fair share of Asian roaches at my new apartment complex (they fly and I mean they fly INTO you), but I just found this one very dead in my laundry room. The wings look very developed to me, which is leading me to think it’s an Asian roach (🤞🏻) who found himself inside and died.

Please let me know what y’all think! I may be an avid reddit viewer, but I am no expert!!

Also my location in Davenport, FL. My new apartment complex is literally in the middle of fields lol.

I recently moved to Central Florida and I believe there are lookalike species here! This one was outside in the stairwell of our apartment complex (😭😅), but he was not phased by lights including the flashlight I also put on him for the photo. I don’t know if he was drunk on poison but he didn’t flinch one bit.

Also I have no idea what he’s eating so I’m sorry it looks icky. 😅
