Heyyy so can we 100% confirm/deny that there's no SSCG this year? I added an additional class (I was really interested in it + it helped me hit 15 units) but wasn't going to take it if there's no chance of SSCG.

FIN AID SUMMER UPDATE

For anyone in my boat, here's a lil tiny update.
EOP&S lady (not the SS) told me I wouldnt receive any summer aid because I'm only taking one class (3 units)
But I was like...that's not right, since I was told otherwise prior. So I asked the fin aid rep (in the SS) and she confirmed I will be getting aid.

  • Wait until tomorrow night 6/16/26
  • If you don't see any update by tomorrow night, contact fin aid office immediately on 6/17/26
  • If you've capped out your 2025-26 aid like me, your summer aid will get pulled from 2026-27 if eligible to receive. So instead of being under "2025-26" on your student portal, it will be under 2026-27.

SUMMER AID 26

Hi guys! I know we're all wondering about our summer aid! Here's what I was told.

  • Summer aid should show the first week of the Summer session. (so next week)
  • It should disburse the same week.
  • IF NOT, then give it an extra week (for both the posting and the disbursement)
  • 3 units = roughly $924

Hope this helps a bit! Fingers crossed the financial aid schedule is on top of things.
