Rubbed off a few of my fingerprints for 10 beautifully hand bound keyhole buttonholes

It's all in the name folks. Hand binding 10x 1.125" buttonholes through 2 layers of self fabric and canvas with silk buttonhole twist. But hey they look nice and will last a looooong time.

You too can spend 2 hrs on layout and basting, to get an *almost* perfect pattern match.

I'm working on a lining out of this incredibly cool but *horrible* to work with lining weight iridescent 2 color jacquard. The only way to get the triangles to match was by basting and folding over a seam allowance on one piece and then pinning it triangle by triangle to the other piece and through to my layout table; and then folding over the pins and glueing the pieces together at the end of the seam allowance. I then unpinned, unfolded the one piece, and stitched in the ditch to lock everything in place. All that work. And it's. Almost. Perfect. Almost. I don't know why I tried so hard 🙃
