Applying to JPMC Lead Engineer roles (Hyd) for a year kept getting rejected. Anyone willing to share what worked for them?

A few things I’m genuinely curious about from folks who’ve made it past screening:

- What does your resume format look like — one page, two page, heavy on bullets, project-focused?
- Do you tailor per JD or use a standard version?
- Is ATS optimization (keywords from the JD) making a real difference here?
- Are referrals essentially mandatory to get a human to look at it?

I’m just trying to understand if there’s a structural or keyword pattern that JPMC’s system actually responds to. Any honest insight from people who’ve been through this pipeline would be genuinely helpful.

Thanks in advance.
