Hi to all! We will be travelling to the US and will have a 12 hr layover in Taiwan. As a first time traveller to taiwan and first time to do a layover, I have some questions po:

1. Can we go out of Taoyuan airport and have a mini tour in Taiwan?
2. If yes, what are the best transpo options and where to go? Arriving at 13:00 and will leave 00:45 bound to LA.
