Water restriction question
Sorry if this a dumb question but i cant see that it is addressed on the water restriction website. My friend and her daughter are visiting this weekend. Would filling a kiddie pool with water from the hose be frowned upon? I assume some sort of sprinkler play device would also not be appropriate, correct?
