Skrillex

My brother asked what this sticker on my MTG box was, so I explained it to him. He told me that it was also the name of Skrillex's record label. I looked it up and apparently, Skrillex is a big WD fan.

mouse quote

I'm reading Watership Down for the first time (hadn't even heard of it till this year), and for some reason this lil quote made me tear up a bit:

"You 'elp a mouse. One time a mouse 'elp a you."

I'm in a very slow process of sewing a shirt with my favourite quotes embroidered on it (I mean, so far I've only cut out the pieces), and this one is definitely going there!

Was the book less violent or as violent as the 1978 movie?

I remember talking online with someone, and at one point, they said that the book, while still violent, wasn't as graphic as the movie. This is a simplification, but they told me the movie might have exaggerated things.

I watched the original movie adaptation, but I only started the book a few years ago, and I might return to it one day. But... as far as I read (I think I reached the chapter when someone says "Who's leader anyway?"), it didn't really strike me as VERY violent like the movie. Fiver's vision of the bloody hill is just mentioned, not fully shown like in the film, and, till that point, the book mentions the rabbits stumble across some smashed eggs (suggesting a bird might have lost its eggs), but outside those, nothing seems gory. But again, I haven't finished it.
