Are there any house rabbit people in here? What vacuums are best?

I'm hoping to adopt a pair of rabbits after a few years without them. They would be in one bedroom, which is all carpet. There are allergies in the home.

For non house rabbit people, having two rabbits is the fur equivalent of owning ten cats. Except there is also hay dust everywhere. And also, the hair is so fine and light and fluffy that it does not obey the laws of physics. So, if that gives some idea on what to recommend.

Rabbits (imo) don't smell particularly bad when they're properly litter trained, so smell related stuff isn't a major concern for me.

I would like to stick to something below 400$, but any recommendations are good- I'm interested in looking at used stuff as well.

Canister vacuums would be preferred- I feel like that would make it easier to keep the wires out of reach of curious teeth.

El-ahrairah tattoo!

Hi! I am a long-time rabbit lover (I owned 2 house rabbits and have... i think this one makes 10 tattoos, which are all of rabbits) and i recently read Watership Down.

My favorite imagery in the book is from El-ahrairah and the Black Rabbit of Inlé- where his ears and whiskers and tail are wagered to the Black Rabbit in the hopes that he might be allowed to sacrifice his life for his people.

And, despite the fact that he loses those parts of him that appear make him a rabbit, he just does the best with what he has. And he keeps trying to sacrifice himself for his people, and to make their lives better, no matter what it costs him.

So I had that image permanently tattooed on my ribcage. (I also had the artist add a bit of starlight to the dock ears.)

Edit- Forgot to add that the artist is Alex at Tenacity Tattoo in Scottsville! They've done 7 of my 10 rabbit tattooes, and they're an absolutely amazing artist. If you're anywhere near the area, you should definitely consider getting one from him!

Is there a way to make a row copy to another sheet in the same file?

I'm *trying* to do something at work for various resources for patients.

I want to make it so if I put "mental health" in a one column, it will copy the whole row to a different sheet, and if i put "substance use", it will copy it to a different sheet from that. Preferably with the ability to copy to *both* sheets if i enter both.

Is this a doable thing, or is this too far out of the realm of what excel can do?

Messed up and picked at my tattoo. What can I do?

Since I got my last tattoo, I've been kinda in a bit of a mental health episode. And part of it has been a bit of "it doesn't matter" and ending up picking at my tattoo, because bullshit mental health shit.

Obviously, I understand that picking a tattoo isnt great. But I can't time travel to undo it.

I feel miserable that I've messed up this tattoo, and I'm pissed at myself, and I feel guilty for fucking up someone's art. I dont know what to do, or how to talk to the artist about getting it touched up, or how to explain that my brain went completely to shit and that's why I fucked up my tattoo.

Idk. Has anyone had experience messing up and picking at a tattoo? What can I do? How do I talk to the artist about touching it up, if I can even do that?

Do you ever catch yourself considering googling where a specific thing in your house is?

I have no idea where my candy/deep frying thermometer is. Almost went to Google it before I remembered that that is *not* how that works.

Would a psychiatrist ever prescribe mood stabilizers without a diagnosis like bipolar disorder?

Hi, hope this isn't too strange of a question.

24 AFAB NB, with autism, depression, anxiety, ADHD (my therapist also agrees with OCD but that's not an Officially Listed Diagnosis yknow). I have a history of anger and irritability. Generally speaking, when I'm not depressed I'm difficult to be around.

I'm on Adderall, fluoxitine, quetiapine, and modafinil (for narcolepsy)

(Note, there is NOT a crisis going on, just me trying to solve emotional stuff)

Recently, I've felt like I'm relapsing back into severe agitation and have been quicker to anger, which is obviously unacceptable. My current method of trying to cut that off it "injuring myself whenever I get agitated or cause anyone any distress, with the intent of conditioning myself to associate anger with fear and therefore stop", which my therapist does not agree with as an effective solution.

So. I want to ask my psychiatrist about potentially being put on mood stabilizers (or anything that has the potential for numbing the more "excited" feelings (including anger)). But I don't have bipolar disorder, or anything that's usually treated with mood stabilizer.

I feel like it would be the best course of action for me to be able to avoid causing any harm to others, but I don't know how to bring it up to my psychiatrist, and I don't know if it could be prescribed for this.

(To add a small amount of background- I have never used physical violence against anyone, have never been arrested or cited for any violent behaviors, and i do not consume any drugs or alcohol. Idk. I feel like that all might help something to mention. )

Sick ass panther? No. Sick ass rabbit. (By Tyler at Dreamwalker Tattoo in Lynchburg, VA)

The inspiration I gave the artist was basically "crawling panther but with a lionhead rabbit". I love the result.

Putting myself on a voluntary do not sell firearms list and I feel AMAZING

I sometimes Worry that I'm going to be impulsive and buy a gun and, yknow. Cease Living. Liven't. I don't *feel* like I reasonably ever would, but intrusive thoughts want me to think about it a lot, so that's... not ideal.

My therapist sorta jokingly mentioned that she could put me on an ECO so I legally cant buy a gun, and my brain has *stuck* on that. So I did a bit of research on if she could just... somehow make it so I can't buy a gun *without* an involuntary commitment situation.

And I found something *even better*, which is that my state (Virginia) passed a law to create a Voluntary Do Not Sell Firearms List a few years ago. So- I'm going to be filling out a smidge of paperwork for that and sending it in :)

I know, I know, live with the uncertainty and all that, but I this particular intrusive thought is one I would rather put behind as many safeguards as possible. I can figure out living with the "everyone is lying to me" stuff, but the gun stuff is just.... too scary not to do everything I can go avoid.

Question for Black autistic people regarding hair stuff?

I hope this is alright to ask, I'm just very curious.

Every time I see a video of Black hairstyles, it seems like there's a lot of gel and oil type products, and it seems like the actual process is very.... Tight on the scalp? (Obviously they're gorgeous, I just am wondering about comfort.)

I'm just curious. Do any people who grew up using those products and getting those hairstyles done *have* sensory issues around any of it it, or is it just something you're used to?

(Again, I hope this doesn't come off as rude- I'm just wondering if certain texture sensitivities are semi-universal or just due to not having grown up with those textures? If that makes sense?)

What were everyone's mean sleep latencies? (Overall, not for each nap)

Just curious- I see people sharing them, but not in an easily comparable space, so I thought I'd ask.

Mine was 4.2 min.

Do other autistic people feel like horrible disgusting people for not masking well

It just. Sucks so bad. Even other autistic people can't fucking stand people who don't or can't mask. I just never learned how! I don't have the ability to! I PROMISE I would learn how to follow every single fucking social norm to an absolute T if there was any way I could possibly do that! And! I! Can't! I would be normal if I could! I can't! I just can't!

And idk. I just want to know that I'm not the only one who can't mask well or at all. It feels like spaces for autistic people who aren't cis men are full of just people who mask well, and I feel like the only one who's sitting here in a ball of shame because I completely understand why people hate that I can't be normal.

What is this plant I found while weeding? Central Virginia (I AM AWARE that it is NOT cannabis)

Again, I know it isn't cannabis, and I knew it wasn't when I picked it- I was weeding for my grandparents, and brought it inside because I thought they'd be amused by a plant that looks similar (which they were.)

Edit: it is not wild strawberry or Virginia creeper.

I got diagnosed four-ish hours ago. I have a nagging worry that I'm about to wake up from another super super vivid dream and I'm not going to have a diagnosis and I'll be back at square one. Do other people experience that? Does it go away?
