Question about supervisor and managers
I started working for the company 3 months ago the ago and as I start to take calls I feel as if I am being over pressured for results.
I was told we are given 3 months to gradually get the numbers there but I feel since the 2 weeks ago maybe 3 weeks that I am needing to provide results NOW!
I was also questioned on a call in which it’s in Spanish and I was asked if I understood the reason for the call and if I have a hard time understanding because Spanish is my 2nd language.
I thought I was already tested and vetted for Spanish. If I need to go through another test I shall but I am fluent. From a Mexican household. Doesn’t know my upbringing one bit but already criticizing me with my Spanish and knowledge of Spanish.
Also already told if given bad surveys it can lead to a PIP and leading up to termination. I really do not like this persons way of talking to us and it leaves me wondering if I will even last 1 year much less 6 months.
