Florist recommendations for a moody flower arrangement?
My wife’s 40th birthday is coming up, and I’d like to get her something special. I’m looking for a florist who can make a darker, moody arrangement similar to the photo. I checked some older posts, but most of the recommendations were for more traditional bouquets. Vancouver would be best, but I’m open to Portland too. Has anyone had something like this made locally?
