1.5 g per day for 5 years finally deciding to get off

Hi.

I finally got off a 15 year benzo habit and next step is quitting phenibut. I take 500 mg every 4 hours about 1.5g a day. Since I'm off the benzos it might be a little more rough than if I were on them I think but that's alright.

I am going to see a doctor for this, since I have a history of alcohol seizures and worried about the glutamate surge from quitting phenibut.

How long should it take? My benzo taper was 1.5 years so I'm no stranger to tapers , but if fast is possible I wouldn't mind.

I've heard about baclofen and pregabalin as a transfer. Is there anyone that quit near my dose range? Any input I can give to the doc because I am sure he won't know what it is, or at least preparing if that's the case.

Also I heard about nac agmatine bromantane etc. And post recovery tips highly appreciated.

I have read many posts already but I haven't really met one where they take small doses spread out like I did.

It's also kind of hard for me to focus rn so I figured making a post might be helpful. I apologize for the repeat I'm sure y'all are annoyed by the same questions

Thank you 🙏

Oh also worried about the depression that might follow. I've been very very stable lately but phenibut is a strong antidepressant for me even if I don't really feel it working as much. Anyone ever have success with ketamine like joyous after quitting ?

Are there any functional oral dissos

Hi. I used to do low dose fxe throughout the day sometimes. I was wondering if there's an oral dissos out there that has similar effects? 🙏
