Megathread: Tipping Guides and Drivers in Bhutan
Tipping guides and drivers is one of the most frequently asked questions from travellers planning a trip to Bhutan.
While tipping is not mandatory, many visitors choose to tip their guides and drivers at the end of their journey as a gesture of appreciation.
However, there is no fixed tipping amount, and recommendations can vary considerably.
