THINKPAD VS MACBOOK for CS MAJOR
Hello guys. I'm future student in (UB) University at Buffalo, in BS in Computer Science, and I really need your advice. I need to get a laptop to always carry with me around the campus and classes, I already have Lenovo Laptop, i7 14th, 4070. Which I absolutely love but won't be able to carry around because it literally dies in 40 minutes without charger. I'm gonna leave it in dorms for rendering and difficult project but I was thinking about thinkpad because I love the aesthetics and respect the durability but why are they so overpriced? Is E or T series are fine or I should get only carbon? Macbook Air m5, is also like $400 cheaper but I dont know will be MacOS be good in my field. Please tell me your opinion/advice. Thanks.
