I thought I'd check on my order (replacement battery) and saw this:

it says the order was partially paid and I still have to pay €500 for the battery? While it has been free since April, and should be since it is within warranty.

Also, it seems like they replaced the battery with a V Edition? Whatever that means..

So yeah not planning at all to pay this, I guess I'll have to contact support once again.. anyone else saw changes to their order like this?
