Any ideas how I can make these at home as cost effective as possible?

Played a lot of rugby when I was younger and want to start again. Was originally a prop but I’m slimmed down a lot now and would presume I’d be starting a whole new position. Any teams out there that are more social like B/C teams that are open to taking on lads
